B@NCS (Bank Automation &
Network Control System) is a core banking solution
applied to several large financial organizations in
Korea and more than 100 main financial organizations

from the application to Korea for the first time in

project for Hyundai Card/Capital based on MF and
Foreign Exchange Bank based on the largest UNIX in
Korea recently, and developed to C++-based BANCS

environment, by perfectly uniting advanced western
financial technique and domestic financial
environment.
3 Layered Architecture, which consists of the
Delivery Layer that supports unification of various
channels, the Process Layer that is easy to maintain
and develop business rapidly by function-centered
design, and the Service Layer that supports it,
improves the convenience of user through
differentiated custom-made service, diversification
of channel, provision of product and service that
customer wants on time, and various interlocked
systems to various customers based on integrated
customer information, and can build
profit/result-oriented management support system.
Also, it is easy to apply and maintain new
technology, and provides flexible and expandable
system that uses high fusibility with 24-hour and
